Quyen & Mark: Engaged! | Orlando Wedding Photographer

Quyen and Mark booked their engagement session back in May (organized couple, indeed!). They are from out of state, so we kept in touch mostly through e-mail. The months between May and November flew, and before I knew it I was meeting the two of them. We decided to do their engagement session at a couple of the Disney resorts. We started at Disney's Wilderness Resort and then moved on to Disney's Port Orleans Riverside Resort. We had so much fun strolling around the beautiful hotels!

Jessica & Brett: Engaged! | Orlando Wedding Photographer

I met with Jessica and Brett at Disney's Port Orleans Riverside last week for their engagement session. It was my first time photographing at this venue, so I absolutely loved exploring the grounds with them. Something I noticed was that all of the guests at the lodge were extraordinarily friendly. Normally people do respect you when they see you're taking photos, but it seemed like every single person there was not only mindful, but they were very patient. There were times when I didn't even know people were behind me waiting to pass until I got the shot, and when they did finally pass they always had really sweet things to say. Something about Disney must put people in a great mood! 

I am so excited for Jessica & Brett's wedding next year. They are so great together, and the wedding is going to be absolutely beautiful!

Siena & Brett: Married! | Orlando Wedding Photographer

Siena & Brett are amazing, amazing, oh...and amazing! I met Siena & her beautiful momma at a bridal show last year, then again for a consultation shortly after. Brett was in the Air Force, so I was unable to meet him until the day of the wedding. However, I fell in love with both Siena and her mom instantly. They are such sweet, kind-hearted, beautiful women who anyone would be lucky to know! 

October 6, 2012 rolled around, and Missy and I headed to beautiful Shades of Green for the wedding. Siena's mom opened the door and basically swooped me into a huge hug right away! Everything went so smoothly the entire day, and I know that Siena & Brett had the time of their lives! When I met Brett minutes before the ceremony (my lovely second, Missy, was with him while I was with Siena), he was nothing but smiles and excitement. 

Honestly, I could go on and on about these two, but let me jump to this: 10 days after their wedding (which was yesterday), I met with the two of them again for a Rock the Dress session at Kraft Azalea Gardens in Winter Park. I cannot wait to post a sneak peek from it!

Cindy & Joe: Engaged! | Orlando Wedding Photographer

Thanks to lovely Florida summers, Cindy & Joe's engagement session was rescheduled I believe THREE times due to rain. I have to admit though that I think it worked out for the better. We ended up doing their session on a breezy evening in Disney's Boardwalk, and everything went perfectly! They are so sweet together, and they fit together amazingly well! At the beginning of the session, Cindy mentioned that they are not the most comfortable in front of the camera. I think in the end, they relaxed a lot and had a great time. I know that I did! They were really easy to work with and had big smiles the whole time!

Michelle & David: Engaged! | Orlando Wedding Photographer

Wow. Michelle and David are something else. I had so much fun photographing their engagement session on Monday morning! They are from Alabama, but Disney is practically their second home. So with that in mind, their session started at Disney's Polynesian Resort and ended at Disney's Boardwalk. The weather that morning was great; not a cloud in the sky and even a bit of a breeze coming through. 

Michelle is absolutely beautiful, and David is such a charming, southern gentleman. They are incredibly gorgeous and perfect together, and I'm so thrilled to have been able to do their engagement session!
