Sarah & David: Engaged! | Orlando Wedding Photographer

Themed sessions are becoming very popular in the photography industry nowadays. When Sammantha & Alex with Imprint Cinema called me to see if I'd be interested in doing a themed engagement session, I was immediately on-board! After weeks of brainstorming ideas and discussing the details of this incredibly neat shoot, the day finally arrived! I met with Sarah & David (our lovely couple), Sammantha & Alex, and Rae of Makeup by Rae early in the morning to get things started. The shoot was done at Casa Feliz in Winter Park, FL, and let me tell you...it was the PERFECT venue for it! I had this idea in my mind of photographing our bride-to-be, Sarah, through an old-fashioned keyhole. I would have never thought Casa Feliz would have actually had a door with one of these, but to my very pleasant surprise, they did! Oh, and I cannot forget to mention Solutions Bridal, who provided the most stunning gown to match our theme. They nailed it! They also provided the beautiful jewelry and a hand-made garter. Absolute perfection!

Sammantha and Alex, being the creative minds that they are, came up with a really neat series of events for this shoot. While my vision and goal was to capture the beauty of our couple in this unique session, as well as a few "themed" shots, Imprint Cinema focused on the James Bond theme all the way! From fight scenes, to romance, to the final capture, I know they're going to produce something absolutely breathtaking! I will definitely be posting their video once they have finalized it. :) In the meantime, enjoy the sneak peek from Sarah & David's James Bond themed engagement session. Yay!

First let's start with some behind the scenes photos I took of the others:

And now, the "action" shots from their session:

Kristi & Trevor: Married! | Orlando Wedding Photographer

Kristi & Trevor are an astounding couple! Their love for each other is so pure and so genuine, you can't help but fall in love with them as a couple. Trevor is pretty much a big teddy bear, which is something I didn't realize until their ceremony. Craig came up to me after the ceremony started and showed me a few photos of Trevor's reaction to Kristi walking in, and my heart melted! Don't worry, those photos are in here ;) The emotion throughout the entire evening was incredible, and it just made me want to hang out with them all night.

They got married in one of the most beautiful churches I have ever seen; All Souls Catholic Church in Sanford. The architecture of this church was to die for! After the ceremony we hopped over to Crane's Roost for some photos, ran into a photo shoot for a quinceanera, then made our way to the Hilton in Altamonte Springs for their reception. Their theme was baseball, and I have to say that oftentimes when couples tell us that they have a theme, a little worry comes into my mind that they may go overkill with it. They, however, nailed it! It was absolutely flawless. They had just the right amount of baseball theme to show that they love it, but they still managed to keep it so excellently elegant. I actually think my jaw dropped when I walked into the reception room. It was beautiful!

Long story short...enjoy the sneak peek! :)

Time to get married!
Looooooove this photo Craig took of the guys!
A couple getting their photos done near us had this huge frame and let us use it! :)
